How the current Coronavirus Covid-19 situation is affecting the Auction Centre

In light of the restrictions introduced by the government due to the ongoing Coronavirus crisis, we are no longer open to the public unless prior arrangements have been made for collections or deliveries. However, we will still be available by telephone or email to provide valuations and auction advice. You can also request an online valuation through our website. Please call 01284 748 622 or email our offices for further information.
Looking forward, we have postponed our forthcoming April auctions for the time being; please keep checking this page for updates to the schedule. These are very difficult times and hard decisions have had to be taken, but we hope that you will be able to join us again in the near future, for what I imagine will be a very busy summer of auctions.
If you bought in our recent auctions, then please note that we offer a very reasonably priced postage service, with most items being covered by our standard £20 charge. Where possible we are happy to post smaller items by Special Delivery for only £10. At present we are still able to pack and ship on an ad-hoc basis, please email or call with your requirements. With regards to larger items and pieces of furniture, we fully understand that people may not be able to collect for a while - and no storage charges will be levied.
We would like to reassure those clients who sold in our 20th / 21st March auctions, that payments will be processed as usual next Friday for items which have already been paid for.
