Antiquities & Ethnographica

Following on from our successful 2021 specialist one-off auction of art and antiquities from around the world, we now have a dedicated Antiquities & Ethnographica section within our September Fine Art & Antiques auctions.

This fascinating genre includes pieces from the Classical World, as well as a wealth of art and antiques from Egypt, Africa, Asia and Oceania, ranging from 1000BC to the mid-20^th century.

Previous highlights include this circa 600 BCE cast bronze figure of the Egyptian Goddess Neith modelled in standing pose wearing the Red Crown of Lower Egypt which sold for £2,200 and this circa 300-400 BCE Celtic sandstone head, which made £1,050

Entries are invited all year round, with consignments closing in mid-August.
