Lacy Scott & Knight provide a range of professional valuation services for private clients, banks, solicitors and institutions. We strive for the highest possible level of service within the strictest of confidence for our clients and our professional valuers are Associates of the Society of Fine Art Auctioneers & Valuers.
Each valuation is designed around the client’s needs and the collection, from working with single items through to large multi-category valuations. Our experienced valuers are able to cover all areas of goods, chattels, antiques and collectables. In addition to this, our firm is available to provide formal probate valuations for properties carried out by qualified RICS (Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors) valuers. We recognise the importance of carrying out valuations at a sensitive time, where speed is often of the essence. Lacy Scott & Knight provide a variety of valuation services:

Our fees are tailored depending on the type of service which you require but are always based on the length of time taken to conduct and produce the valuation.
Valuations for Auction Purposes are undertaken without charge. All valuations can be carried out in the comfort of your home or business, or when convenient the items can be brought into us here at the Auction Centre to be valued ‘over the counter’ or in one of our private meeting rooms. Supporting photographs can be supplied with valuations when required.
