FULL-TIME PHOTOGRAPHER WANTED
Lacy Scott & Knight Auction Centre are looking for talented full-time Photographer to produce catalogue, website and marketing images, as well as running the auction house social media platforms. Hundreds of auction lots pass through our salerooms every month, ranging from jewellery, porcelain, silverware, and wine to furniture and paintings. The successful candidate would need to be able to attractively and accurately portray these items for sale.
This is an excellent opportunity to utilise your creative talent and technical skills in a fast-paced interesting environment with a huge array of varying items.
Duties to include but not limited to:
Photographing a wide array of items for catalogues and marketing.
Processing and uploading images using our in-house auction software.
Work closely with the cataloguers and admin team to keep up to date with forthcoming featured lots and auctions.
Keep the website updated with forthcoming featured lots.
Promote individual items and auctions through social media platforms.
Work to tight catalogue and marketing deadlines.
Organise and archive images for future retrieval.
Maintain the photography areas, lighting and other equipment.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate technical and creative experience in high-end product photography. Professional photography qualifications and portfolio preferred.
Standard working hours 9am-5.30pm Monday to Friday.
