Personal SMART Garden Office

SMART is the UK’s leading manufacturers of garden rooms, offices and studios. This is a Key Studio and measures 2.1 x 2.1 metres. The SMART garden office is designed in a warm and inviting style. It is ideal as a one-person office. The space is perfect for working from home, and idyllic in these current working times. Additionally, it can be used as a creative studio space, or just for relaxation and to unwind. This beautiful garden office has a retail value of £8,000.  

The Key Studio offers the same build quality, strength and rigidity as the rest of our SMART ranges through our TuSC™ construction. This includes a pressure-treated chassis, double-glazed windows and doors and a mono pitched roof. All these elements combined creates a durable, strong and unrivalled garden studio space that won’t require any maintenance for at least 10 years!

It includes: Mono pitch roof, Popular 1 interior, a choice of flooring, 1 x black or grey UPVC single door and up to 4 x double glazed windows, 1 x 4 bar spotlights and 1 x light switch (rocker or dimmer), 4 x electric sockets, internal wiring and a fuse board, guttering to rear, free delivery and full installation by our own professional team of fitters for locations within 100 miles of our production facility in Thurston. The internal dimensions 2117mm x 2117mm and external dimensions 2287mm x 2287mm.

  • Surcharges will apply for locations outside 100 mile radius from Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, and will be subject to £1000 additional installation cost
  • Upgrading is available at an additional cost, if required
  • The winner will be responsible for providing the final electrical connection & suitable base  
  • Please note that the cost of any required groundworks or electrical connection will be at additional costs to the auction prize and will be subject to a site consultation by SMART consultant
  • Full payment must be made before installing the wonderful SMART Garden/Office
  • Limited to Key Studio Range only and installation date is subject to availability
  • The winning bidder automatically gives SMART permission to use all images for marketing purposes and to create a case study

At YOUR liability, we offer a fully tracked postage & packing service within mainland UK and across the globe for most items. We use APC Couriers and everything is sent 24 hour tracked and signed for.  Our standard mainland UK charge is £20 for up to 3 lots, and £2.00 per lot thereafter, regardless of weight (max.30kg). Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland & the islands - £25 for up to 3 lots then £1.50 per lot thereafter Some exclusions apply for larger lots such as dinner services, please contact our offices for a quote with regards to larger or bulkier lots.  Jewellery, watches, coins and high value small items will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery with maximum insurance of £2500.  

Please note that this service is NOT insured, therefore if purchasers require further cover, then they must arrange this themselves. Alternatively we can send by Parcelforce 48 with insurance charged at £4 upto £500 cover, £8-£1000 cover, £12-£1500 and £20-£2500 cover. Lacy Scott & Knight accept no liability for items which are damaged or lost during postage, and cannot and will not assist in any claims unless insurance cover has been taken out. If you instruct your own courier packing is charged at £8 per parcel. Please give clear instructions when settling your account as to your shipping requirements so that we can process full payment and ship within 10 working days.

You can simply add your postage costs to your invoice amount by bank transfer or when paying online

CONSIGN BY POST SERVICE

We can now also arrange UK-wide collections for boxed consignments weighing up to 30kg – just contact us with the item and address details, we’ll send a courier, and you can sit back and wait for the auction proceeds to arrive in your bank account.
