Located just a stone’s throw from the beach, the cosy seaside cottage offers you and your guests easy access to Norfolk’s stunning coastline and beautiful clifftop walks. There are plenty of activities to enjoy such as rock-pooling, taking in the sunset at low tide, or even seal spotting.

This 3-storey cottage has been built in a traditional style to complement the fishermen's cottages opposite, but with the benefits of full central heating, a parking space directly to the rear of the cottage and a recently refurbished kitchen and bathroom. It features one king-sized bedroom, one double bedroom, and a third bedroom with bunk beds; best suited to children. Guests return year after year, giving excellent reviews that praise the standard of accommodation and the unbeatable location in Cromer.  

Linen and towels are all provided, well-behaved dogs are also welcome (must be agreed in advance with the owner). There is a small, enclosed garden at the rear of the property, which proves to be a real suntrap on those warmer days, plus a small garden at the front which is the perfect spot to watch the world go by.

Please Note: The cottage is situated on a hill, however a nearby lift at the Rocket House can cut out the steepest part, to allow better access for less mobile guests.
