Equestrian Training Opportunity with Katie Jerram-Hunnable: Near Great Dunmow, Essex with Katie, Producer of HM The King’s Show Horses

The Country Trust is delighted to present this truly special experience in the form of a showing clinic at her yard for x1 rider, who can be accompanied by 2-3 family members or friends as guests to watch the training session in progress. The experience also includes the opportunity to meet the Royal Show Horses.
Katie is one of the most successful and famous show horse riders and producers of all time. Having spent years training and riding racehorses and eventers, which all started by Katie joining her local Pony Club and riding show ponies on the county circuit. From here, Katie proceeded to the show ring with multiple wins and much acclaim, having twice-won Supreme at The Horse of The Year Show.
She was honoured to ride and produce for the late HM The Queen Elizabeth II for a number of years and now campaigns several of The King’s horses from her base in North Essex. The late Queen Mother’s racehorse, Barbers Shop lives in retirement with Katie and makes several "guest" appearances throughout the year.
Katie is brand ambassador for and sponsored by several topflight brands who appreciate her unparalleled skill in turning out horses to perfection, something she is happy to help other people with, especially if they are just starting out.
This experience offers x1 rider (plus up to 3 guests) to bring their own horse to her yard near Great Dunmow, Essex. The session will include a ridden lesson from Katie, during which she will give advice on how to encourage the horse to use and carry themselves best, plus an analysis of the rider’s current tack set up and what additions or changes may be beneficial.
Katie will also give you a walk-through on how best to turn your horse out to suit its particular conformation and type before giving the rider and accompanying guests a tour of her yard which will include the opportunity to meet the Royal Show Horses.
Terms & Conditions:
- Date and to be mutually agreed with Katie Jerram, via the Country Trust, and the final bidder with at least 3-weeks’ prior notice
- The rider must bring own horse who, along with the rider, are both covered by 3rd PLI
- A maximum of 3 guests are able to watch the clinic/training session in progress
- Dogs are not allowed
- Experience not to be re-sold or re-auctioned

At YOUR liability, we offer a fully tracked postage & packing service within mainland UK and across the globe for most items. We use APC Couriers and everything is sent 24 hour tracked and signed for. Our standard mainland UK charge is £20 for up to 3 lots, and £2.00 per lot thereafter, regardless of weight (max.30kg). Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland & the islands - £25 for up to 3 lots then £2.00 per lot thereafter Some exclusions apply for larger lots such as dinner services, please contact our offices for a quote with regards to larger or bulkier lots. Jewellery, watches, coins and high value small items will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery with maximum insurance of £2500.
Please note that this service is NOT insured, therefore if purchasers require further cover, then they must arrange this themselves. Alternatively we can send by Parcelforce 48 with insurance charged at £4 upto £500 cover, £8-£1000 cover, £12-£1500 and £20-£2500 cover. Lacy Scott & Knight accept no liability for items which are damaged or lost during postage, and cannot and will not assist in any claims unless insurance cover has been taken out. If you instruct your own courier packing is charged at £8 per parcel. Please give clear instructions when settling your account as to your shipping requirements so that we can process full payment and ship within 10 working days.
