A Victorian 1831 Pattern General Officer's Mameluke sword, the 82cm curved pipe backed blade etched with a crowned VR cypher, crossed sword and baton within foliage, marked F.W. Flight, Winchester, having an embossed brass crossguard with two piece ivory grips and rosette rivets, housed in a brass scabbard witrh two suspension rings, 96cm.
