Note: Vendor confirms that this work was purchased from the artists daughter on 26th July 2001, with two labelled hand-written inscriptions verso

Condition report

The local consignor confirms that it was purchased, along with several other works, from Mary Major in 2001. Unfortunately they have not been able to locate any receipt or other paperwork.

Painting is unsigned.

In overall excellent and original condition throughout.

Paint stable.

Colours good.

Board is not bent or warped.

Of course, you are also very welcome to come along on the day!  We are located in the heart of beautiful Bury St Edmunds and have our own car park.  


Most Mainland UK parcels can be sent in-house for our flat standard rate of £20 for up to 3 lots and £1.50 per lot thereafter.  European shipping rates and further details can be found here.

For outside of Europe, large or high value lots we recommend MailBoxes (details will be sent along with your invoice). If you choose an alternative courier we can pack for £8 per parcel.
