A circa 1900 continental porcelain part coffee service on cabaret tray, comprising coffee pot, twin handled sugar with cover, cream, six saucers, and four cups, each decorated in polychrome enamels with birds, flowers, insects and flowering branches, heightened in gilt, tray dia.39cm

Condition report

One saucer with a major loss.

Some very minor gilt wear to extremities only on all pieces.

Otherwise excellent.

The saucers (only) bearing crossed hammers mark for Pirkenhammer of Bohemia (later Czechoslovakia) and some numbered 2682, therefore circa 1873-1918.

You can bid through our website or email commission bids to (include your full contact details, lot number and bid amount). Telephone bids can be booked for lots with an estimate of £300+, please call our offices to arrange this.

Of course, you are also very welcome to come along on the day!  We are located in the heart of beautiful Bury St Edmunds and have our own car park.  


Most Mainland UK parcels can be sent in-house for our flat standard rate of £20 for up to 3 lots and £1.50 per lot thereafter.  European shipping rates and further details can be found here.

For outside of Europe, large or high value lots we recommend MailBoxes (details will be sent along with your invoice). If you choose an alternative courier we can pack for £8 per parcel.
