An early 20th century Royal Doulton Titanian glazed ceramic vase, decorated by Harry Allen, of ovoid form, decorated with a tawny owl perched on a branch with moon behind, signed H. Allen lower right, printed backstamp and titled Titanian, hand-painted Tawny Owl, incised number 910 and dated 11.19 verso, h.15.2cm

Condition report

Several very fine and small glaze scratches and scuffs, some towards shoulders and another to lower part of owls face (only visible on close inspection).

Otherwise very good.

No apparent restoration.

Of course, you are also very welcome to come along on the day!  We are located in the heart of beautiful Bury St Edmunds and have our own car park.  


Most Mainland UK parcels can be sent in-house for our flat standard rate of £20 for up to 3 lots and £1.50 per lot thereafter.  European shipping rates and further details can be found here.

For outside of Europe, large or high value lots we recommend MailBoxes (details will be sent along with your invoice). If you choose an alternative courier we can pack for £8 per parcel.
