This sale comprises the complete stock of Hammonds Costume Hire, one of the UKs largest costume hire companies, which is sadly closing due to retirement.  It will be supplemented by the lifetime collection of local professional actress and singer Gloria Stewart.  The sale is mostly without reserve and will comprise thousands of original and replica costumes from Tudor times through to the present day, theatrical outfits and retro designer clothing.
