This specialist Books section can be found within our quarterly
Fine Art & Antique sale every March, June, September and
December. These sales regularly include early and rare
Antiquarian Books, Modern First Editions, Manuscripts, Maps and
General Ephemera.
Recent lots of note include this collection of 82 Wisden's
Cricketers' Almanacs dating from 1928 to 2009 inclusively which
sold for £7,800 and this extremely detailed 18th century plan of
the cities of London & Westminster by Richard Horwood which
made £2,800. Our book consultant Guy Pratt is available at
the Auction Centre by appointment or can visit you in the comfort
of your home for larger collections.
